Shipping Terms & Returns Policy
Shipping Method: Most packages will be shipped via USPS First Class Parcel or UPS Ground. Estimated arrival on most packages is 5 - 10 business days and some items will be shipped separately.
Custom Items (e.g. mugs, shirts etc.) do take longer processing time and would take up to 10 - 13 business days before arriving at your front door.
You will receive a tracking # via email once we have shipped your items.
Once the order has been processed and is currently being prepared for shipment (i.e. fulfilled), we cannot make any changes to the order or issue a refund.
While we always strive our best to produce the greatest value products and fast shipment, we can't offer expedited shipping because of product-fulfillment time and high shipping cost.
Holidays, peak season, and the ongoing pandemic may also cause several days of delay to our normal processing and shipping time, so please be patient.
AP0/FP0/DP0 SHIPPING-POLICY NOTE:
APO/FPO/DPO shipping is now available; it can be done only via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Estimated transit time under normal circumstance is 10 to 15 days; in some territories, it may take more than 15 days.
USPS DELAY ALERT: Do expect longer than usual transit time due to massive volume and the ongoing pandemic.
No refund will be given due to shipping delays. We are aware of the current massive delays the USPS is currently experiencing, and we are shipping most of our packages by UPS or FedEx whenever possible to minimize delays for our customers.
Sorry, as of this moment we cannot ship our products to international countries but only to addresses in the 50 states, the District of Columbia, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Returns & Exchange Policy
30 Days First-Brew Satisfaction
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for all of our products due to health regulation and custom production.
We do, however, offer a 30-day money-back guaranteed refund for your first-brewing kit purchases (first-purchase kit).
Refund or replacement would not be apply on other purchases.
All other products (e.g. mugs, filters, shirts) are also non-refundable unless they are broken or defective.
If you are not satisfied with your first-kit purchase (first-brewing experience), you may request a refund within 30 days from the delivery date for a full refund of the purchase price minus the shipping cost.
To request a refund or replacement, please email to email@example.com your order number and the reason for your dissatisfaction so we can improve our product and service for future customers.
Please submit your request within 30 days of the delivery date; refund or replacement requests after that date and without the reason for your dissatisfaction will not be considered.
We reserved the right to investigate and withhold a refund or replacement for any suspicious, unfair, or fraudulent claims.
